rename folders

Hi everybody
Do you know a program called Oscar's Renamer?

With this fantastic program you can rename your filenames as if you are
working with a text editor.
My question is if do you know if there is a similar program which
allow you to work with folders?

These are currently in the 'RENAMERS' section of my Start Menu:

Bulk Rename Utility
Lupas Rename 2000
Oscar's Renamer
The GodFather
RenameMaster
Siren

Apart from RenameMaster, they are so far unused. I plan to try them as
son as time allows.

A major part of my file renaming requirement is for MP3 and WMA files
in my music collection (a mess). So I also have other
'Tagging/Renaming' programs. And several music players (such as my
preferred player, MediaMonkey) also include some renaming facilities.
