Rename Computer Account

Hi Dear,
Can I rename a computer account in AD (I can see only
rename and disable)I am using SBS2000.
pls hlp

Rename at the computer, not in AD. Is it the server or a client
you're attempting to rename?

Hi Luara,
This is a computer account created in AD for one of my
client. Now he is reently resigned and some other came
in. I like to rename the old computer account and put a
new name for this guy who recently came in.

I would just suggest to rename the computer at the computer, just as Laura
suggested. When it registers, it will register the new computer name in the
default Computer container.
