removing words from Word dictionary

It's very handy being able to add words to your Word dictionary. Has anyone
any idea how to remove them when you've accidentally added a mis-spelt word?

Tools, Options, Spelling & Grammar, Customer Dictionaries, select the .dic
file, click modify. browse and edit as required.
If you want to find the actual file, these are usually located in the
following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\????\Application Data\Microsoft\Proof\
(where ???? is your account on the PC) The file usually opens in
WordPad/NotePad.
This is for 2003 and prior, not 2007.
Hope this helps.
