Removing Users

This is an Access database newsgroup, so you may get better answers in a
Windows newsgroup. If you format the hard drive and reinstall Windows,
you'll get a clean registry. You can also run a "shadow" install (a second
install) and boot to that install, then you can delete anything you want
from the previous installation.
