Removing unwanted files

All of a sudden I have several files in my tempo
internet files folder that I can't delete. They are ms-
its:c:\windows\help\ntshared.chm::/pluscold.gif and
hcp//system/blurbs/watermark_300x.bmp. Any help would be
appreciated as I would like to delete them.
 
Have you tried booting into safe mode? (F8 while windows is just starting to
load).
