removing track changes in word document--in attachement

OK, here is my situation...I have a document that I sent for some revisions,
that person made the revisions. I know to click 'Final" on the review tab,
under tracking so that they are not showing on the screen. I save, but when
I attach the document to an email & launch it from there, the tracking marks
are all over the page again, which is obviously NOT what I want/need to send.

Can someone please help? Do I have a default setting somewhere I need to
change? Thanks!

Changing to Final view hides tracked changes, but does not remove
them. To remove tracked changes and comments, you need accept or
reject the tracked changes and delete the comments, and save the
document. See
