Removing the Main Menu

Hy,
I have searched all other the web, and i still cant find any topics on
how to remove the Main Menu in IE6 (by "Main Menu" I mean all the "File
+ Edit + View + Favorites + Help").

Any one here ever done it?
Please help me out with this one....
