Removing Spaces in text

I have a long list of mp3's, to import them to excel I just used the dir
command to output to a text file and them imported them. Everything is fine
except the formatting of the files were:

Artist Name [space] - [space] Song title.

Unfortunately in the song title column every song begins with a space before
the title. Is there anyway to batch remove the space from the front of the
text only

Hi John
you may try using a helper column (lets say column C) and enter in C1:
=TRIM(B1)
copy this down
- after this you may copy this column and goto 'Edit - Paste Special'
and insert this data as 'Values'
