Anthony

I have some video that I have recorded, but sadly I spoke in the middle of the clip and now I want to remove about 10 seconds of my voice from the clip.

I think I have read that you create a sound file and then put it at the point where the problem noise is, but I am not sure how to do this.

Or can I just remove the sound from that section some other way?

This is my first project, so excuse the basic question.

Cheers

Ignore me, I sus'd it out... I split the film before and after the
problem area, muted the sound, copied some background noise from a
earlier part of the clip and made that the new background noise and it
works like a charm!

Now, if I can just work out how to replay a piece of footage but in slow
motion...

Hmm...

Hi.....If you are looking to slow down a clip, there is an
effect in your 'effects' that is called 'slow down- one half'....
you could apply that until you got the motion you want....
good luck.

To duplicate some piece of footage, split it before and after as you did
before... and Ctrl-drag it to the point you want to place it.

Afterwards apply the "Slow Down, 1/2" effect as mentioned by dickmr earlier.
