I had a question...........obviously......lol.

Well, I know how to remove programs using Add/Remove
Programs, but how do I make sure that a certain program
is COMPLETELY removed from my computer????

Oh, and my system restore just opens a white page(nothing
else). I went to safe mode through the advance options,
etc., but the same happens there when I try to open
system restore. I know someone helped me by giving me a
link to a certain kelly's corner site and all, but what
do I do after downloading what needed???????

Thanks

Elizabeth, you are really at the mercy of the Uninstaller that's provided
with Program. Usually they get everything or most but sometimes they are
poorly written and leave some trash behind. You can take a
look in the Registry Start>Run type: regedit Look in
HKey_Local_Machine\Software and see if
there's a folder left over from the program. If yes then delete it.
Make sure that the program is uninstalled
before doing this. Also go to Hkey_Current_User\Software and follow
the same procedure.
Finally look in Program Files folder.

Kelly's is a wonderful resource and I use it very frequently but
it requires a little knowledge. The fixes
there at the least require alot of reading and concentration. So if you
want to try a little reading and
concentration then by all means return to Kelly's.
