Removing "Shortcut to" prefix in shortcut names

Tweakui used to have to ability to do this under previous Windows versions but evidently not anymore. Is there a registry tweak to do the same thing?

Hi,

Under TweakUI, navigate to the 'Explorer' section. Scroll down the list and
uncheck "Prefix Shortcut to....".
