Removing Short Cuts for certain users

I have 2 small children that do not need MSI 3, AIM , AOL for broad band, ECT...... on thier desk top . How do i remove the short cuts on thier login desktops without removing on all desktops ????
 
Just delete the shortcut. Remember, they are "links" to programs. They are
NOT the program itself. The program will remain and be usable by other link
icons.

If the short cuts are in the "all users" profile, then they are
displayed for "all users". Move the short cuts you wish to remove for
your children from "all users" into your own profile so that you can
have access them. While you are at it, put short cuts of interest to
your kids into their own profiles.

Right mouse click on Start, pick "all users" to see all this.
