Removing Service Pack Post Installation Folders/Files

Hi, after installing Service Packs I usually have clutter Folders, and or
Files, left on C:\ Drive, see output below. Since I don't know if system
requires, I fear just deleting them. Is there a nice clean OS friendly way of
removing them?
