When I right click while on any internet site, there has
been a new right click prompt added to my list. Its a
site that I've tried to have restricted from the
computer...but, that hasn't worked. I don't know how it
go there....presumably when someone went to a site that
had been an automatic popup, something regarding the site
was downloaded. I don't know how else it would remain on
our browser. Either way, I don't know how to remove it
from our computer. ???

*If* you are comfortable Editing the Registry...(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=322756)
(Choose applicable O/S).

Navigate to this key >
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt]
Remove offending items.

If no joy, or you do not want to take this route, have a look here for
more Spyware removal options.

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely.

Additionally, run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). Update Ad-Aware
before scanning

Manual Procedure:

1. Click [Start] [Run] type [REGEDIT]
2. Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\MenuExt.
Each subkey of this key represents one menu item. Many will include an
ampersand (&) to define the underlined key associated with the command.

Highlight the key you want to delete (for example,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\Zoom &In).
Choose Export from the Registry menu and export that branch to a file.

Now delete the key.
