removing reoccuring meetings

user has left the dpartment but he still has reoccuring meetings in confrence
rooms scheduled. other users are unable to schedule meetings in the confrence
room without it rejecting their request. how do you remove those reoccuring
meetings. please advise. thanks,

HAve the Exchange admin log onto those resource accounts and delete the meetings.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

This can only be done at the server level? I was trying to avoid that, it
would be an act of congress to get it done :)
