Hi,

Can anyone help me. my RAM is all but used up with programs which are in
the startup menu. How do I go about removing these. Most of them I could
operate from the program menu as and when required.

Thanks in anticipation

use the addy you have in this group.

Maybe it's time you installed a Firewall. You could always post to the group
