Hi. Awhile ago I downloaded Tune Up Utilities, and used what might've been
using a crack code. Last week, I had to uninstall it. I did, but now I still
find the program in c:/program files/..... I tried right clicking and
deleting, but it comes up with an error saying, "dseshext-x86.dll. Access is
denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected. And the file is
not currently in use." I scanned for malware using A-Squared A2Free, and
Spybot S&D, but nothing was found. Can you please advice me on how to remedy
this. I'm using Windows Xp SP3.
TIA

You need to ask in a discussion group for Win XP. This is a .NET programming
group. To find the group you need, try this:

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Windows XP, and find a group
there for your post.

Sorry I thought I'd done that, and posted my thread in the right place. I'll
try again, and see what happens.
Thx
