I pasted a text document into Word. It has a parapgraph
marker at the end of every line. I would like to remove
those marks so the words will wrap.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Tim

and you will end up with the whole of your document in a single paragraph.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

You might try emailSTRIPPER. It will clean up carriage returns in e-mail and
removes html formatting commands. It's good and fast. Just remember to
delete the last two lines of advertising from the stripped text. It is
available at:

Just a satisfied user,

How to remove paragraph marks added to the end of each line

This often happens when pasting from Acrobat pdf into Microsoft Word. I do a lot of copy and pasting from acrobat and so I put together this step-by-step procedure with pictures so nobody else will be burdened by it. Let me know what you think.

Go to the tools menu & select options, uncheck paragraph marks, or the all box to the right of it.
