Removing Organizational Form from the Library

I've published a Organizational Form Library in Outlook and now need to
remove it. Where do I go to do that. Thanks.

It is unclear what you did. The Organizational Forns Library is a special
folder on the Exchange Server and is created by the Exchange Administrator
while working on the server box. Is that what you really did?
