Removing or Deleting an unwanted program

Every time I turn on my computer "Weather Bug" comes on
when doing so my computer drops down to 8 bits. I then go
to properties and bump it back up to 32 bits.Everytime I
must do this! So I think it isn't worth the percentage
chance that it may or may not rain. Nor is it worth the
error messages,shut-downs or the questions that run
through my computer illiterate mind to put up with this
Weather-insect called,"WeatherBug".

I can not delete or even remove it from my computer. When
I go to my control panel and then to Add,Change or remove
programs it states,"Can't find or locate any program with
the name of this program"! Even though it's plainly listed
on the computers list of programs. Any help would be
greatly appreciated!!!

use adaware and get rid of it
this programs is a spyware program
