Removing old paging file

Hi,

I just moved my paging file off of my boot/system partition. I
successfully recreated it on my other partition but I think it left a
copy of the old (now useless) paging file info behind.

I moved the paging file to give the boot/system partition more
breathing room, so it wouldn't fragment so quickly, but now when I
view the boot partition through the defrag utility, it shows a single
large fragmented file that I believe is the old paging info. When I
defrag it says everything is defragged except for this one huge red
file.

How can I identify and delete this if it is in fact old paging info?

Thanks for any help,

Will

Never mind. Figured it out. When I attempted to delete the original
paging file (on the system/boot partition) I just clicked the "no
paging file" check box without first zeroing it out in the custom size
boxes.

To get rid of it I created a new paging file on that partition the
exact size as the old one. When it asked I told it to overwrite the
old one. Then I rebooted and went back in and zeroed it in the custom
size box. Ugly 1536 MB red fragment is gone now.
