Removing old name

On C:\documents and settings there is a folder with a person's name I'd like
to remove. When I try and delete the folder I get a window that says "
'name' is a Windows system folder and is required for Windows to run
properly. It cannot be deleted."

How can I get this corrected?

Did you enter that name when you first started XP? Your

computer needs that because it has all the information on
it. That's what I think..could be wrong. It's kind of like
administrator.
