Using windows xp sp3 with outlook 07 BCM...

When you mark a task as completed, I would like it to disappear from the
task list. Instead it is marked completed (i.e. a check and a line through
it) but still appears in the task list I am look at today (even if I
completed it last week).

I don't want to delete completed tasks, but on the other hand I don't want
them cluttering up current tasks that need to be done.

Any way to do this? Is the some setting on handling completed tasks?

Thanks
Bob

That of course was supposed to be 'hides completed tasks' or 'only shows
incomplete tasks.'

I view tasks at the bottom of the calendar, I don't used the task list at
all (and really I haven't used task much before now).

If you right click on "Show Tasks On: Due Date" column heading in calendar
view "day/week/month view with auto preview" you can uncheck completed tasks
and they disappear. So, that was easy.

But, this led to more confusion...I though if I entered a task due date
today, it would stay in the task list in the calendar view until it was
completed. It only shows on the due date. I tried with the view's filter,
advanced tab, field Due Date, anytime (and some similar approached) but could
not make a non completed task show and any date but its due date.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Bob
