Removing Novell

We have been running both a Windows 2000 domain and a Novell network. I have
been slowly moving away from Novell and am in the final phase. What I need
to do is copy all users personal fodler/data from Novell to the MS server.
The hard part is that when the folders were created in Novell they had been
given rights for the user only. Is there a way to copy these folders to the
MS serverr an matain/convert the folder permisions or do I have to do it on
each folder one by one?

You could look into GSNW with the Netware
Migration Tool -- I haven't seen a copy in a
while though.
