Removing "Names" from Excel from Access

Hi All

In Excel you can use create "Names" this available under the Menu
"Insert\Name\Define". We have made good use of these in Excel. I want to be
able to remove these using Access - it must be from within Access and not
Excel.

Does anyone know how to do this?

It's probably a property of the Workbook object: have you looked for a
Names collection?

You'll probably get more help in the Excel programming group, since the
object model will be the same regardless of which app you are running OLE
automation from.
