All of my DFS link targets have morphed versions as well. I'm sure
this is from replicating the root, though I don't remember precisely
setting that up. I'm back to a single DFS Root on a windows 2000
server for the time being as I really want to get this cleaned up
before I move stuff around. Unfortunately, all I've been able to find
about removing these morphed folders has been for the W2K3 version of
dfsutil. The version in W2K does not have /viewdfsdirs and that option
doesn't seem to work for remote volumes. I'm sure if this were on one
of my W2K3 servers it wouldn't be an issue, but as I said, I'd prefer
to clean this up BEFORE I start making changes again.
