Removing lines whne using the cameral tool in XL2007

I want to insert a linked picture into a sheet. Whne I do so, the picute has a black outline around it. I tried selecting "No Line" as the format, andchanging the line color to white, but even though the outline disappeared on screen, it waws present when printed. I even tried putting a wider whiteline over top of it but the white line always appear behind thie picture, even if I tried to move it to the front. Is there a way to insert the linked pictutre and not have the outline around it when printed?

maybe the black outline around it is part of the picture,
if this is the case, use a capture tool to do remove the outline
