Removing isearch.com spyware

I recently discovered that I have isearch.com malware in my system.
have downloaded the MS antispy beta and it finds this every mornin
and says it deletes it. But this has been going on for weeks and i
is still there. I did a search and found that the isearch website
says that only a removal tool from them can remove this 'file'. I'
a little leary downloading a removal tool from them. Any thoughts??
