Start/Programs/Administrative tools/Active Directory Sites
and Services
Expand Sites, right click "first site name". click
Properties, click "Group Plicy" tab.
click New, type a name for the policy and keep it
selected, click edit
Under "User configuration" expand Administrative
templates\windows components. Double click internet

I hope it helps.

right click the "First site

Make sure you upgrade your ADMs to XP as there are many new settings
