Removing Hotfix KB916281

I've installed Microsoft Hotfix KB916281 on my Windows XP Pro SP2 machine but
I cannot see it anywhere in Add/Remove programs and I wanted to remove it -
anyone know how??
 
Perhaps it did not install properly - its in my add/remove.
Does it show in Update History as a success?

I meant to ask if you also installed KB917344 - I think they were supposed
to be done together.

Do you have the option Show Updates checked in Add or Remove Programs. It's right at the top of the window.
If this is not checked it definitely won't appear in the list.
 
Although not in you control panel, you might also check registry "regedit"
for KB916281, if installed it will also tell you the date it was installed.
also check you Windows folder and see if the uninstall file is there.
