Removing games remotely with Group policy

I posted this question in windows 2000 general, and someone suggested I can
use group policy. I am not able to actually set the group policy and I have
no experience with it, but I need to either uninstall or disable the games
from a large number of windows2000 machines. I just need to submit how to
do this to my boss, as many specifics as possible would be appreciated,
thanks.

You could use a file system policy to deny execute rights to everyone on the
default games.
