Removing File-Edit-View links + integrate file in program

I simply want to remove the File-Edit-View-Windows-Help menu of Excel
Viewer 97. Also I want to change the program name and the icon.

Does anyone has a suggestion on how to do it?

I also want to make it so, that it starts with a specific excel-file,
AND that that specific excel-file is included in one file. What I
mean is:

One file, with excel viewer showing one specific excel-file.

You can do that with macros and policies, but it has nothing to do with
..NET.

Im sorry if Im in the wrong forum for this question, maybe anyone
knows a good forum where to ask my question?

I dont understand how to do it with macro's and policies, some more
information about that please or a good tutorial site or something
