Removing <end>

Whenever I have notes in an appointment, or a journal entry, I notice at the
end of the notes is an <end>. It shows up when I use a table view or when I
print, which is the biggest problem. How can I get rid of this <end>?

You can't. Outlook displays that text to indicate that the complete text of
the item body is visible in the view.

Thanks, Sue. Is it possible to change the font for just that command, say to
white so it won't show up when I print?
