On my work computer, someone added an email toolbar. It takes up so much of
the viewable area... I WANT IT GONE. But it doesn't appear on the toobar
menu, so I can't un-check it. How do I make this go away?

Do you see both the toolbar and the e-mail header pane (with To, Cc, etc.)?
In that case, select File > Send to > Mail Recipient or click the E-mail
button on the Standard toolbar. Both commands are toggle commands, i.e. they
can be used to toggle the e-mail header pane (incl. the toolbar) both on and
off.
