Try a combination of ccleaner.exe, CWShredder, HijackThis, and Explorer.
Once you have downloaded these apps (except for explorer, which you have),
you might find it helpful to disconnect from any networks to help subdue the
hijackers while you work.

Note that if you use HijackThis to remove registry entries, it's a really
good idea to click the 'scan' button right afterwards. Check the registry
entries again for things that were added back in. That's a sign that you
have something unwanted running.

Also, note that some trojans hide themselves by setting the -s and -h
attributes. So, you may find it helpful to go to the \windows and \system32
directories and issue this command:

dir /ah

this will display only files with the hidden attribute set. There should
be few, and any executables you find hidden should be carefully examined.
To delete them, you'll need to change them from a command prompt, like this:

attrib badfile.exe -s -h

You may find that you have to go round a few times to clear it all out.
