removing delegation

how do i remove delegation of control from someone that i
have given it to on a specific OU ?

Goto View>Advanced Features in AD Users & Comps, and then right click the OU
in question, properties, security tab, and remove the user.

In general, it is always best to delegate control to groups. You can then
add and remove users from the group without touching the delegation on the
OU/container.
