The other open with entries may be populated from the following registry
areas:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp4\OpenWithProgids

The 'open with' in the registry key referred to in the article does not
list
several of the items that appear when right clicking a purchased Itunes
(.mp4) file. In this case it lists
I-Tunes, Quicktime, Real Player, BS Player and Internet Explorer as well
as
Winamp. I only need the first 2 to show up. But where are they in the
registry? Not where this article suggests they should be!
Any help appreciated.

How do I remove unneeded items from the 'open with' right-click option
for
a
particular file (in this case the I-Tunes AAC File)?
Thanks,
