Removing Calendar Room Info

I hope someone can help...
I have recently set up a Room resource calendar called Conf. Room A. The
problem I am having is that when people do a meeting request and schedule the
room, Conf Room A shows up on the calendar..this is really redundant. Is
there anyway to have it not Add this to the calendar for the resource? I
would just like the resource calendar to state the subject and maybe who the
requestor is.
