Removing BroadJump Client Foundation

BroadJump is apparently a spyware program sent out by Cox
for marketing and other undisclosed purposes. It won't
remove in the normal Add/Remove program ways. Nothing
happens whey I try to remove it. Any suggestions?
 
Hi,

Download, Install, read instructions carefully
then update the following spyware removal
tools Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy.
These are free programs.

Make sure your antivirus updates.
