There are too many archive"n".pst" in my Outlook folder (as hidden
folder).
Can I move them to other folder to decrease the size of Outlook
folder? Tailgating.

psts are folders in their own right. If you have dated them properly you
will know whether they are duplications or not. If you don't know, there
are duplicate finding utilities you can thin them out with before you
finally store them. You don't have to have them show up in your Outlook
'folders': most of which are just part of the Outlook.pst file.

You should back up all your pst files regularly to wherever you like, just
as with any other file: but more importantly than most, as losing all your
email in one go is no fun at all.

In the past, when I removed an archive file (e.g., archive1.pst),
Outlook look for the missing archive 1.pst whenever I open outlook (I
used 2007). Why is that?
Secondly, how do ou backup pst file? Thanks.
