I would be most grateful if someone could advise me on how to delete all
data (particularly Calendar data) from my Outlook2000 since I have had
synchronisation difficulties and I need to start afresh.

Many thanks, Rob

All your data is stored in a file with a .PST extension. If you right-click
the root folder of your .PST file in Outlook (usually called "Personal
Folders" or "Outlook Today", then click Properties and then the Advanced
button, you will see the path to your .PST file.

Many thanks for your advice .... but if I delete that file Outlook will not
open. Do I have to start another profile and then delete the old.pst file?

Rob

You don't have to create a new profile -- just create a new .PST file, make
it your default, and then delete the original one.
