Removing all "All User" desktop icons from Local PCs

Anyone know of way to disable the Local PC's All User\Desktop items? I am not
looking for "log in and delete them from each machine." I have over 150+
machines that we are thing of switching to roaming profiles.

You can use Group Policy to launch a Startup script that can either delete, move or ACL them.
