That's the method they say. If you can't uninstall it then you can do the
following:
Delete any files and folders created by the program. Change any file
associations that it's created during it's operation back to the default.
Clean your registry from any referrences to the program. Make sure that if
it started any services that you stop and disable them and finally double
check startup items for any remnants. I know of no free application for
doing this. Sometims you can re-install a broken uninstaller's application
and then uninstall it and it will work.
You can try the shareware jv16.org registry tool's trial to remove the
registry entries but that's an advanced tool and may 'cause system errors.
Finally, you can contact the site's owners and ask for an uninstaller or
support from them for this matter.
