REMOVING A WATERMARK LOCKED IN TO THE MASTER TITLE

Can anyone tell me how to unlock/delete or create a new title master with NO
WATERMARK or with a new WATERMARK?

The ability to remove a watermark depends on what was used to place it
originally. Usually the same software needs to be used and, by design, it
is difficult for anyone but the original file author to remove.
