If it won't uninstall then the the best thing to do is to actually
'reinstall' it again and then try uninstalling from Programs and Features in
control panel. It maybe that a file is corrupt which is preventing the
uninstall, by re-installing the file will probably be replaced and you
should be able to uninstall.
If that doesn't work you may receive error messages in which case post them
on this newsgroup and someone may be able to give you further advice.
