Removing a beginning space in a field

I'd like to know what I can do to automatically remove a
beginning "space" in a field called Email Address. In my
table there are sereral records that have a space in the
beginning of their email address. Any ideas would be
greatly appreciated so I don't have to go and remove that
space for each record. Thanks

Functions like TRIM(), LTRIM(), and RTRIM() are available for use.
