Hello everyone and good day,
I removed my USB-connected 16GB SDHC card + adapter too soon abefore it was
"safe" and had a Blue Screen experience. The Stop: message started with
0x0000007e then continued with a parenthesis and four more: 0xC0000005,
0xb82fac19,0xba61fb70,0xba61f86c).
I searched microsoft with the first Stop code and found some info related to
USB overloads and notions about trying different ports, though it seemed
open-ended.
I did a sytem restore to no avail, but the good news is that when I
un-plugged the remaining USB device before reboot, my lynksys wireless
receiver, I had a normal boot finally.
However, even if I plug in the wireless USB device into a different USB port
on the Dell360 SP2 workstation and then in seconds I get the blue screen
again.
I am hoping that this rings a bell with someone out there. Please let me
know if you have any suggestions- I am all ears and promise to get back to
you later.
I don't have my Lynsys install CD- will a re-install probably fix it or is
this a much more severe issue?
Thanks
