I had Kazaa installed on my computer and when I chose to
have the anti-spyware program remove it, it deleted all of
the files that I downloaded as well as the files that I
had copied from my cd's. I haven't rebooted my computer
yet and I was wondering if there was a way to restore the
files. If anyone can help, I would be very appreciative.

Thanks,
Brad

I have a question for all of you KAZAA users that are experiencing this
problem. Have you even bothered to read the details of what AS is actually
removing before you go ahead and allow it to be deleted? Common sense 101
here, don't delete anything until you know what is being deleted.

Brad --the route I'd take is to look for the data recovery programs--the
ones that try to recover your data if a drive has failed or been formatted.

I've seen reports from at least one user with a similar problem that the
utility he tried (unnamed) wasn't able to recover anything for him, which
surprises me. I hope you have better luck.

Ya, and another thing, KazAA is illegal as it is,(apart
from it being junk) I suggest just moving on and paying
for your music like regular people.
