D Diane Poremsky [MVP] Jan 29, 2006 #2 look in tools, options, other addins - is the act addin listed? if so, remove the check mark from it. if not, find and delete extend.dat - see http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/filepath.htm if you need help finding it.

N neo [mvp outlook] Jan 29, 2006 #3 Check Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Addin Manager and/or COM Addins to see if ACT7 is listed. /neo PS - also consider locating a file named extend.dat and rename/delete it while Outlook is closed.
