when you delete files ,windows files them some where and they are still on
your system , but hidden
where are they and how can you remove them
so that when passing on a computer you do not pass info that you do not want
other people to see/access
 
Do a low-level format of your hard drive - usually can find utilities from
your disk manufacturer. Or, smash the hard drive with a big rock. That one's
a little more permanent. ;-)
